Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms apply to Opeerion ONE (“ONE”), provided by Opeerion (“we”, “us”), and to this website. A signed agreement or order form between your company and Opeerion takes priority over these terms where the two differ.

Using ONE

ONE is licensed to companies (“customers”) for managing their events, crew, clients and documents. A customer is responsible for the people it invites into its workspace, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for how its users use ONE. Tell us straight away if you believe an account has been misused.

Your content

What a customer puts into ONE stays theirs. The customer gives us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide ONE, including sending the messages and documents they ask ONE to send. Customers are responsible for having the right to use the information they enter, including other people’s personal details, and for giving any notices those people are owed. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Connected accounts

If you connect a Google or Microsoft account, you allow ONE to use it only for the feature you connected it for, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must be allowed to connect that account on your organization’s behalf. You can disconnect it at any time. Use of Google or Microsoft services is also subject to their own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use ONE to send spam or unlawful messages, to store content you have no right to, to break the law, or to interfere with ONE or other customers’ workspaces. Do not try to get around its security, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. We may suspend access that puts ONE, our customers or others at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Fees

Fees, billing terms and the length of a subscription are set in the customer’s order or agreement with Opeerion. If fees go unpaid after notice, we may limit a workspace to read-only access until the account is brought up to date.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ONE available and secure, and we improve it over time. Features may change. We will not remove core functionality a customer depends on without reasonable notice.

Ending service

A customer may stop using ONE under the terms of their agreement. When a workspace closes, the customer can ask us for an export of their content first. After that we delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Except as stated in a customer’s agreement, ONE is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Opeerion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the customer paid for ONE in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell customers in the application or by email. Continuing to use ONE after that means you accept the updated terms.
